1) Call 800-771-6975 or email caseofchampions@gmail.com to tell us about your project.

2) Email any photos, logos, engraved plate information that may apply to your project.

3) Mail jersey's, ribbons, etc. to:

- Ship FedEx, UPS, or certified mail. DO NOT use a shipping method that cannot be tracked

4) Give us your due date so that we may put you in our calendar immediately even if you are not ready to ship items to us

5) If you use P.O.s please request an estimate before your order
